Hey, guess what!
We've learned how to turn that salt water into fresh water now. We have water plants on the ocean coasts doing just that at this very moment.

(in California anyways.)

No, it's not economical yet. Great technology but too expensive to use.
Mayhaps ARNOLD the Govinator will do something about this.
