She's in Washtenaw. Her rights haven't been terminated yet. We're slated for Jury Trial.

We were supposed to get Boo and Babu back in July but the judge went on vacation.

Oh my god that is awful. So when are you going to get Emma back now? Is she ok? Did they find any marks or anything on her? Have they checked her out for shock or anything like that?

I can't publicly discuss what has happened to Emma. Many people have alluded to it in comments and the like on other posts, etc. Emma is not okay.

the other court seized Lilith (washtenaw) to stop reunification with E and I. Hoping they could piggyback custody of E and I onto Lilith and steal them from Wayne County. They're still trying, 4.5 mos later.

Why were you in Washtenaw county? I thought you avoided that place like a plague?
