I read your story, it made me cry. Mostly because a friend of mine went through the same thing, here in VA, only not to the extent that you did. She initially lost, many court fights later, regained custody and sued the county where it happened (and I am happy to say, she WON.

I've seen you in HR (a mutual community) and I'd like to add you as a friend. My journal is FO, so feel free to poke around there and add me back if you like.
